Travel Writer
Joe’s middle name should have been Wanderlust, but his parents weren’t that imaginative. He hit the road in his teens, and he’s barely stopped for gas since. Writing has been paying for his travels for almost as long. Everywhere is his favorite place – but if he had to choose a member of the United Nations, it would be in the Americas, the former Soviet Union, or the Indian subcontinent. Writing credits include The Times, Telegraph, Independent, Guardian, National Geographic, and Vice. In addition to the World Nomads articles below, Joe has contributed to stories about underrated US cities and off-the-beaten-path Polish towns.
