How do I check on the status of my claim?

Once you’ve filed a claim on the e-claims portal, you will receive a claim ID within 24 hours. Keep this ID handy, as you will need it to check the status of your claim. 

By phone 

You can give the customer service team a call at 1-844-207-1930 and follow the prompts to connect to a virtual assistant. A virtual assistant will text you a link through which you can check your claim status.  

Check the website  

Trip Mate is World Nomads’ claims administrator for U.S. residents. You can log onto their website atwww.travelclaimsonline.com/claim_status. After you submit the three fields of information (last name, date of birth, claim ID), your claim activity log, which shows the status of your claim, should appear.
