If you’ve tried to lodge a claim via World Nomads’ member portal and it’s just not working – whether it be poor Wi-Fi, no Wi-Fi or no computer - you have two options.
You do not have to lodge your claim as soon as you incur some unexpected expenses – you can do it later when you return back home or reach a location where there is good Wi-Fi or computer facilities.
If you would like to get your claim underway, and lodge it as soon as possible, then you can contact the Claims Services team who can take your claim details over the phone, email or fax.
