If any of the following exist at the time you buy or extend your policy, start your trip or book a new trip, then we’ll consider that you have a pre-existing medical condition:
Don’t forget, if you had symptoms of a condition or were undergoing investigations for it at the time you bought your policy, we consider that to be a pre-existing medical condition.
