If your bags do not reach you and have been delayed in arriving by 24 hours or more on your outward journey, you can make a claim for necessary and essential clothing, toiletries and medications.
What you need to do if your bags are delayed
You must notify the carrier immediately and obtain a written Property Irregularity Report (PIR).
Keep all of your receipts for the necessities you buy. Make sure these receipts are time and date stamped prior to receiving your baggage.
Keep any luggage checks and air tickets as they may be needed to support your claim.

There's no cover for:

Any items that wouldn’t be considered essential, such as toiletries, basic clothing and underwear.
Any items purchased within the 24 hours after your scheduled arrival time at your destination abroad.
Anything mentioned in the General or specific exclusions.
