If you're still within the free-look period of your travel insurance* plan, you can cancel via your member account. The number of days in the free-look (also called a cooling-off or satisfaction guarantee) period depends on your state. Typically, this time frame is 10 days but can vary by state. Once the free-look or cooling off period has passed, your plan is nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a refund on your premium during the free-look period, you must not have used your plan in any way. This means:
