Yes, World Nomads travel insurance* offers cover for delayed baggage and luggage for outward-bound journeys. If your checked-in bags are delayed by 12 hours or more from your scheduled arrival time, you may be able to claim reasonable expenses for essential items such as clothing or toiletries.
Maximum benefit amounts will vary depending on which plan you buy and have per-day and total maximum benefit amounts.
What to do if your baggage is delayed:

The service covers every flight on every airline anywhere in the world, and you’ll be updated every step of the way. Simply report your lost bags after alerting the airline and Blue Ribbon Bags will take it from there to track them down. Just make sure you have the file reference or record locator number and Property Irregularity Report from the airline on hand when you call Blue Ribbon Bags.
