Am I still covered by travel insurance for countries other than the ones I list on my policy?

When you buy your policy, just tell us which countries or regions you plan to travel to.

If you’re travelling to many countries, you can simply add the entire region (e.g., Asia) to your policy, without having to list each country.

However, if you forget a country or change your mind, you may still be covered as long as the country or region you're travelling to is within the same-priced region of cover as noted on your policy certificate, or lower (or, in insurance terms, it is the same risk or lower).

The best way to find out is to contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

Can I upgrade my policy?

It’s not possible to upgrade or add another higher priced region to your policy after you buy it. If you’re still within the 21 day cooling off period and you haven’t already left your home to start your trip, you can cancel for a full refund and re-purchase your policy.

If you’ve already left your country of residence or are outside of the cooling off period, contact us.
