After passing through the U.S Virgin Islands, Hurricane Dorian is now expected to make landfall along Florida’s east coast.

As this event is now being covered in the media, there is no coverage for claims arising from this storm for policies purchased after August 24, 2019.

If your travel insurance was purchased before this time and date, you may be able to make a claim for trip cancellation or trip interruption.

In the event of a claim, you must provide all supporting documentation of the event and the expenses occurred.

If you intend to submit a claim, please complete the claim form. If you need any help, contact us.

What should I do now?

If you think your travel plans might be affected or you think you should cancel your trip, you should contact your travel agent or your travel carrier (airline, cruise company, etc.) for guidance.

If you’re in an emergency situation, injured or ill and need help, contact the 24/7 Emergency Assistance team as soon as possible. Their details are listed on your Certificate of Insurance.
