When you buy World Nomads travel insurance, we always email your policy certificate and the Policy Document to you.
You can always access your policy certificate and Policy Document at any time just by signing in.
Choose your policy number to see all its details and obtain all your policy documents.
If you purchased a guest and you have a membership, the policy won't show up in your membership. You'll need to get in touch with the customer service team, advise your policy number and they'll be able to merge your policy into your membership.

You can access your policy documents as a member or guest by visiting our policy documents page. All you need to do is follow the prompts on the page, whether you have purchased a policy before or if you are planning to buy a policy.
Once you purchase your policy online, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase along with your policy documents. If you are a World Nomads member, your Certificate of Insurance and Policy Document will also be available to view from your World Nomads membership.
Contact World Nomads as soon as possible if you don’t receive the confirmation email or if the documents you receive are not correct; we will assist you with correcting your policy.
