The insurer and the claims administrator determine what format you must use to submit your claim forms and supporting documentation. The required information must be received in order to proceed with assessing your claim. The policy includes a section on claims procedures and outlines the different types of documentation you will need to submit for each different type of claim. Some documents can be uploaded into the World Nomads claims portal when you start your claim. However the claims department may ask that you submit additional items via email or to submit original paper copies by post.
