If you’re unsure of what to do when your credit card is stolen it’s a good idea to start with reporting it to your financial institution, the local authorities such as the police and if it was stolen when you were traveling on transport, then you should also report it to the relevant carrier.
You will need to make sure get a written report from the police authorities and if applicable, the common carrier, before you make a claim with us. Please note that an excess may be applicable and cover may vary according to the plan you have purchased.
I was sitting on a motorbike while my boyfriend was driving. Two other motorbikes started following us and the other one drove next to us and pulled my bag, which had a strap over my shoulder and I was holding it tight with both hands between me and my boyfriend.
