Jac Taylor's words and pictures have been published in magazines, newspapers, books and online over 20 years, while she built a career as a travel writer, photographer, magazine editor and lifestyle content specialist, and before that, as a travel and lifestyle TV producer (Getaway, The Great Outdoors, Sydney Weekender). During all of that, she hung off speeding steam engines, trekked by camel, won a mud-wrestling trophy (and a full-size barrel of peanuts) in Las Vegas, strolled through -40deg frozen Siberian steppes, feasted on frog stew in Singapore, and survived cholera in India.
