Emerson is a Travel Journalist, Content Creator in Spanish and English, and Freelance Translator (EN, FR, PT into ES) from Spain. He studied a Double Degree in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication at the University of Seville and is interested in investigative, cultural, social, and environmental journalism and multimedia narratives. Since 2015, he has collaborated with various international travel platforms and magazines, including Worldpackers, AWAYN, and World Nomads.
His slow traveler lifestyle allows him to: live like a local, make real connections, improve and learn languages, get involved in the underground culture, taste the traditional cuisine, and gain a strong understanding of the sociopolitical and economic situation of the countries he settles in, such as France, Bulgaria, Argentina, Brazil, Turkey, Georgia, Italy, and Portugal.
