Coronavirus (COVID-19) travel restrictions in French Polynesia – updated 9 February 2021

Since 15 July, French Polynesia's borders are open to international tourism. There are a number of requirements to enter:

  • Travelers must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test result no older than 72 hours (three days) before departure
  • All resident and non-resident travelers must complete a health registration form on Etis.pf, and present at check-in for their flight
  • Anyone who is not a French national must purchase travel insurance that covers associated costs for coronavirus (COVID-19)
  • All visitors must self-test for COVID-19 four days after arrival.
