Coronavirus (COVID-19) travel restrictions in Chad – updated 27 July, 2020

Commercial flights are set to resume to Chad from 1 August. From this date, all international arrivals are required to surrender their passport to authorities, quarantine at their accommodation or home for 7 days, and will be tested for COVID-19 on the 7th day.

Passports will be returned to travelers when the COVID-19 test result has been provided.

Several foreign governments have clearly advised on their websites do not travel to Chad or reconsider all unnecessary travel including the capital, N'Djamena.
