Uninsured travelers in Thailand are costing the government $88 million USD in medical costs and the government is considering making trip protection mandatory.
The issue was picked up by AFAR magazine who weighed up the pro's and con's... and used a World Nomads policy premium as an example of how affordable coverage can be.
